• Douglas Sheldon not here due to sickness.  Got a notice.
• Mariela Sanchez not here.  Family member with the flu.  Got a notice

Revisions:

• Introduction
• Add a few key sentences on some projects implemented in WSU.  But there are very too few.  And students don't know much about what's being done. 
• Those that are current are not too publicized enough  
• Introduction says it all about background.  So no background and context section needed
• Criteria
• Cost effectiveness is a wishy washy criteria.
• Deleted Overall Benefits to prevent confusion between the two
• Overview of Alternatives
• Very broad and vague
• Now making them to state exactly what they do
