- DRAFT: MATT
- We are going to devote a separate section towards the criteria.
- For evaluating desirability, implementation, , marketability, and usability. To determine a site's usability, we will create a usability test comparing SEED with other university affiliated urban gardening sites for comparable data. We will address SEED's desirability through an interview to determine what method would work best for their site and the content presented. The implementation will be derived from secondary research into the methods of web design and determining the best based on SEED's mission and budget. We will show its marketability by providing the benefits of a properly created site, persuading the reader to change their site.
- The possible methods to improve organizational outreach through improved web-design and networking presented must have met our report's evaluative criteria: its usability, implementation, marketability, and desirability.

- To determine a site's usability, we created a usability test to measure how easily participants could navigate and interpret information presented by the site in question. The test was applied to two other university affiliated urban gardening sites for comparable data. The usability test's information was conducted by members creating this report and gained written consent from those who participated in the test. The data from these will help us determine how easily participants can navigate and interpret the content presented by these three different sites and may provide SEED with insights on where their site is lacking and where it is succeeding. It may also provide technical information to the possible providers on what to include for their final design of the site.
- The implementation strategies will take into consideration SEED's budget, community involvement, and how much influence leaders of SEED want in the creation and maintenance of a future site. These will be the variables we consider to direct secondary research into possible methods for SEED to create a site.
- We will address desirability through an interview to determine what method would work best for their site, budget, and time frame. The interview also addresses how much influence SEED would like in the site's creation and future management. Gaining insight from the organization's director will provide valuable knowledge for how we decide what methods to consider.
- To present its marketability by providing the benefits of a well created site by not only showing data from the usability test, but what market strategist and web design studies have shown from years of research. This is a collaboration of primary research and secondary research conducted by our team.
- The usability test will be conducted on SEED Wayne and two other university affiliated urban gardening sites.
