New Version (Ryan and Erik):
Introduction: A 'Green' fee is one way to support the funding for green initiative programs in Wayne State University. For example, Utah State University approved a $3 per-semester fee in its green initiative funding for a estimated total of $90,000 a year (Maffy, 2011). Likewise, the students in the University of Illinois contributed with a $7 per semester towards their sustainability fund (Biemiller, 2007). We ask that you complete this survey.
