Feedback by Michael Holcomb, Josiah Chaney, Conor Brown
Cover Letter:
Has no heading, doesn't address the job itself or the company.
Not formatted correctly.
Don't say that your previous job experience has no relevance. Rewrite third paragraph.
No passion for the job/company. Introduce yourself and the company rather than giving a paragraph long story on how you heard about the company.
Try speaking in a more positive manner.
Not persuasive, need to sell yourself more.
Don't ask question in last paragraph.
Some grammar, and mechanics errors.
Experience in chemistry is good, could be a little more detailed though.
Good confidence at end of second paragraph, but maybe reword it.
Resume:
Pretty good, some minor issues though
Capitalize seasons and take out the word "since"
Get rid of testing and measurement tools section, it is unnecessary
Relevant courses is great, you don't need to put the intro classes though
Work experience needs to be stronger, explain what you did more thoroughly.
Put personal skills in its own section, as well as worded differently.
Website:
Needs lots of work, organize it better
Delete social media icons
Pick a relevant background, and add style to it(color scheme, and fonts)
When you go to the homepage nothing is accessible, so accessibility needs to be improved
It is hard to function and use
