I will include images for most if not all of my steps.

Usefulness

I know in one of my steps I said cut the chicken into little squares. A picture should demonstrate that.

Persuasiveness

I want the pictres to make the spicy chicken alfredo look appetizing.

Content

I do not think I would be using images for content, but they should be able to follow the steps by just looking at the images.
